Phoenix group members bring with them a diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and industries.  Business functions include Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Information Technology, Customer Service, and Engineering.  Industries include IT Services, Manufacturing, Health Care, Financial Services, Distribution, Commercial & Residential Services, Public Accounting, and Education.  We value all forms of diversity among members.  

What we have in common is an intrinsic desire to learn and continually improve.  We are driven to grow and solve problems for ourselves and for/with our peers.  Our group provides a safe and comfortable environment to discuss and explore the many challenges that we all face on our leadership journey.  Connections formed in the Phoenix Group transcend networking, and often become lifelong friendships.

About the coach:

Don Waltzer is the chair of the Phoenix Group.  In this capacity Don serves as executive coach and facilitator for the group.  Don has participated in executive develop groups for more than 14 years, and has more than 40 years of professional experience in a number of industries including Manufacturing, IT, Retail, Distribution, and Utilities.  Like our members, Don is committed to lifelong learning and helping others.
