An Executive Development Program

Our program has been created for senior and mid-level leaders looking to grow their competencies and broaden their perspectives. We provide a confidential environment in which members learn the latest thinking on a wide array of leadership topics and engage with peers who help each other on their leadership journey.

Phoenix Facts

• The Phoenix Group meets for one full day each month.

• Typical meetings include speaker presentations, opportunities for issue processing, and network development.

• Meetings are chaired by an Executive Coach.

• Speakers are chosen from an international pool of very highly rated subject-matter experts.  

• The Phoenix Group is centered in Rochester NY and invites potential members from the Rochester and surrounding areas. 

• Members take turns hosting our meetings in their facilities or off-site.

• We encourage open discussion and sharing among our members and have strict non-competition and confidentiality rules.
